Money Back Guarantee

You are eligible to 14 days' money back guarantee, beginning the day you receive the item(s) ordered. To make a claim under this guarantee, you must inform us by email to support@salaphones.co.uk. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them. All accessories and any paperwork provided with the product must be included with the return.

Technical Support

If you are encountering issues with your device, our support team is here to help! With expert knowledge of our products, gathered through years of experience in the mobile phone industry, our agents will aim to correct your issue remotely or give you instructions as to how you can fix it yourself. Contact the team by emailing support@salaphones.co.uk and providing the following information:

  • Your order reference number
  • A detailed description of the problem you have encountered
  • Attach photos (where possible)

We aim to respond to all queries by the following working day.

Faulty Returns

If you believe your device is faulty and the issue cannot be resolved through our technical support service, you may be eligible to return your device as covered under your warranty. Our free One Year Limited Warranty is provided with every device purchased directly from us or from one of our approved partners or re-sellers, and unless otherwise specified, covers:

  • Any product defects caused by improper workmanship or build materials.
  • Any technical defects that arise over the period of coverage.

This warranty covers you for a period of 365 days, beginning on the date of original retail purchase.
